A business built to last.
Opened in Hua Hin in 2011 and operated for 15 years. Cool Breeze became a long-running hospitality business built around Spanish tapas, Mediterranean food, good wine and a loyal international customer base.
Running it required everything from financial discipline and staffing to marketing, purchasing, customer service, maintenance, event catering and constant adaptation.
Alongside hospitality, I have managed and developed property in Thailand for many years — from Koh Samui projects to Hua Hin refurbishments, property sales and ongoing management. My role has often been practical and hands-on: coordinating people, solving problems, overseeing work and ensuring projects are completed properly.
